11 ^mDo not speak evil against one another, brothers.¹ The one who speaks against a brother or ⁿjudges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.

4 Then the officials said to the king, ⁱ“Let this man be put to death, ^jfor he is weakening the hands of the soldiers who are left in this city, and the hands of all the people, by speaking such words to them. For this man is not seeking ^kthe welfare of this people, but their harm.”
