11 Jesus answered him, d“You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore ehe who delivered me over to you fhas the greater sin.”
6 And he said to me, “Son of man, vdo you see what they are doing, wthe great abominations that the house of Israel are committing here, xto drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see still greater abominations.”
13 He said also to me, k“You will see still greater abominations that they commit.”
15 Then he said to me, “Have you seen this, O tson of man? kYou will see still greater abominations than these.”
Abominations in the Temple
1 dIn the sixth year, in the sixth month, on the fifth day of the month, eas I sat in my house, with fthe elders of Judah sitting before me, gthe hand of the Lord God fell upon me there.
16 And this was why the Jews xwere persecuting Jesus, ybecause he was doing these things on the Sabbath.
17 Yet they sinned still more against him,
irebelling against the Most High in the desert.
32 In spite of all this, they dstill sinned;
edespite his wonders, they did not believe.
56 Yet they vtested and wrebelled against the Most High God
and did not keep his testimonies,
