8 For I tell you that Christ ^cbecame a servant to the circumcised to show God’s truthfulness, in order ^dto confirm the promises given to the patriarchs,

48 ^jIf a stranger shall sojourn with you and would keep the Passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised. Then he may come near and keep it; he ^kshall be as a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person shall eat of it.

14 They said to them, “We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one who is uncircumcised, for ^qthat would be a disgrace to us.
